Annmarie Fairweather, an experienced Human Resources leader, brings 30 years of expertise on the table. She's worked with leaders from a wide range of sectors, helping them to improve their businesses, particularly when they are experiencing rapid development. Annmarie was an influential thinker in translating the enterprise's objectives and strategic plans into corporate strategies and employee engagement. She is passionate about learning, and believes that developing team and leadership as the most powerful competitive advantage. The experience she has gained working with Fortune 500, small companies and mid-sized enterprises has allowed in creating cultures of innovation and learning which positively affect teams as well as individuals.
