Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples, an American actor and singer from the United States. The most notable recognition was given to her in her character Layla Grant in the drama series Nashville (2012) and Claudia Shepard in Sharknado (2013). The year 2015 saw her played the character of Jerrica Jem in the film Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples was raised in Lake Mary, Florida by her mother and father Wendy as well as Ashley. There is also a younger sister, Ally. When she was growing up, Aubrey performed with The Orlando Repertory Theatre for ten years. Aubrey graduated from Lake Mary Preparatory School and was awarded valedictory honors for this class in 2012 after she graduated. Harvard University initially accepted her application, but they later voted to let her into the university for an additional entry after she was cast in 'Nashville'. Peeples guest-starred in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) as well as regular roles in Necessary Roughness (1991). She appeared on television as a character in Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective 2009 and The Good Mother. She was one of the main characters on the Nashville series, where she played Layla Grant. Peeples talked about her bipolar condition during an interview with NKD Magazine. Indiewire listed Peeples as one of the best actors under the age of 20 in September of 2014.
